Artisans & Crafters

RailGrass is seeking Artisans and Crafters for the 2009 RailGrass,  a Heritage Festival. Vendors who have been to the DKA Harvest Fare Festival, RailGrass is the new name for this 37 year old festival. Held in Downtown Kingsport.

Vendor selection will be juried.
