We are very excited about the concept of a major Heritage Festival celebrating the Modern History of the Model City, Kingsport Tennessee. We also are celebrating the strong connections with our neighbors in all directions but particularly to the north. The Railroad history is so connected to the Coal production of Southwest Virginia we felt the connection needed to be celebrated.
